Your Content

The tools on the Website process Your Content entirely inside Your web browser, on Your Device. Your Content is not uploaded to, stored on or seen by the Company or any Service Provider. The Website has no server code that receives Your Content.

To find text, faces and other details, the tools use AI models and libraries that run on Your Device. When You use a tool for the first time, Your browser downloads the model or library it needs and keeps a copy in its cache. These downloads contain only the model or library. They do not contain Your Content.

Files that You download from a tool are made on Your Device. Where a tool says so, they do not keep the metadata of the original file. You are responsible for checking a result before You share it, because automatic detection can miss information.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

The Service has no accounts and does not ask You for Personal Data, with one exception: if You choose to sign up for the newsletter, You give Your email address to Our email service provider (see "Email Marketing" below).

Usage Data

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits to the Website. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect Personal Data and does not track You across websites. It records information such as the pages You visit, the referring website, Your browser, operating system and device type, and Your country. Your IP address is used only to count unique visitors for one day, and is not stored. More information: https://plausible.io/data-policy.

Like all websites, the servers that deliver the Website and its files receive technical information with each request, such as Your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is described under "Service Providers" below.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The Website does not use cookies.

Some tools use Your browser's local storage to remember a choice that You made, for example that You turned on AI detection, so the model can load automatically next time. This information stays on Your Device and is never sent to Us. You can clear it at any time in Your browser settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service, including to monitor the usage of the Service.
• To contact You: to send the newsletter to You if You signed up for it.
• To manage Your requests: to answer messages that You send Us.
• For other purposes: such as data analysis and identifying usage trends, using Usage Data that does not identify You.

We do not sell Your Personal Data. We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: to deliver the Website, to count visits and to send the newsletter, as described below.
• For business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your newsletter email address is kept until You unsubscribe. We will retain and use Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the Website. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Model and Library Downloads

The tools download AI models and code libraries from jsDelivr (privacy policy) and Hugging Face (privacy policy). These providers receive the technical information that Your browser sends with each download, such as Your IP address. They do not receive Your Content.

Analytics

Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies, as described above. Their data policy can be viewed at https://plausible.io/data-policy.

Email Marketing

We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters about new tools and other information that may be of interest to You, if You signed up for it. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by following the unsubscribe link in any email We send or by contacting Us.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
